Bellevalia dubia

You'd be forgiven for mistaking this for a muscari (it was included in that genus in the past, I believe), though more intricately and vividly colored than any grape hyacinth. Flowers are an intense, almost iridescent blue tipped with green when in bud, and morph into a greenish-brown once they open. Native to the Mediterranean and of doubtful hardiness here.
